First time Sphynx owner need help!!

I just got my new Sphynx kitten a few days ago, and I noticed he was sneezing when I brought him home. He stays in my room all day, because I have other cats so I have to get them used to each other but that’s beside the point. I noticed he gets sneezing fits, I will admit I do smoke BUT I don’t smoke in the same room as him I go far away across the house. And I know I’m probably paranoid. But still, today when he woke up he sneezed like 13 times. I know it could be a few things, his kitten litter might be a to dusty, it could be my blankets(?), and definitely dust build up in my room. So after work today I’m going to wash all my blankets and sheets without any crazy laundry detergent. And try my hardest to clean all the dust from under my bed especially. Vet wise, I’m a little broke so a vet appointment would have to wait a week or two. He seems healthy . I know he gets rye boogers but it’s the normal brownish red once’s, and the edges of his nose do get some gunk. But it’s not discharge just normal kitten gunk which I clean with kitten wipes each day. He’s totally playful and energetic so I don’t think he’s sick but I know I can’t rule it out unless I know for sure. Any advice would be so great, this is my first Sphynx ever but I’ve done so much research so I know he’s in good hands I just want to make sure the sneezing isn’t a huge problem. I know he could possibly have URI just based on other posts I’ve read but a vet appointment isn’t possible as of right now. Any advice or criticism is welcome I just want my kitten to be completely happy and healthy.
