I wanted to get my girlfriend a triptych as a late valentines gift. Are triptych’s orthodox only or are they Catholic also?

My girlfriend has started working on her prayer corner and I think adding a triptych would be great. I want to get her more Catholic things but I’m unsure of what besides the triptych. When I look at them a majority are orthodox and I’m unsure if Catholics can have them too. Any help will do! Thank you.
