When to be concerned about cramps?

Question

Hello! Basically I’m in the process of being checked for endo, just waiting for the drs appointment but was curious if these symptoms sounds familiar to any of you. I have all the typical ones, pelvic pain, gastrointestinal issues, insane bleeding (though right now only huge blood clots, a partial decidual cast at least once every month because I’m on the combo pill)

I’ve had these issues for years, but recently have started experiencing what I learned is gastroparesis. And severe vasovagal dysfunction (my body cant tell if it needs to evacuate my bowel or my stomach and I throw up just trying to poo) as well as INTENSE cramps only on my ride side, that reach up into my diaphragm then shoulder and kinda neck. Previously it’s only gone down my right leg (it would actually go numb sometimes while driving which was not ideal as it was my dominant )

The new cramp I’ve been getting makes it legit hard to breath, like my diaphragm is sore (kinda like how it feels after you out for the first time in forever and ur sore) except I haven’t done anything to strain it. It causes a sharp pain when inhaling (only on the right side and the pain isn’t in my lungs) and then constant dull ache that randomly flares into a dizzying pain that literally has me doubled over , dizzy and seeing stars. Previously i have had that pain but it only affected the hip area. I also get these INSANE bouts of like a Charlie horse type cramp that engulfs my entire abdomen from diaphragm to mid calf. Like the kind of growing pain youd get as a kid but it’s just the entire bottom half of my body and it’s constantly throbbing in a way that makes it impossible to sleep. It’s causing me to miss an unfortunate level of work, historically I’ve been able to push through.

Thanks for reading if you’ve made it this far, I was not raised to take care of my health so am unfortunately trying to figure out some long term issues I thought were non issues
