Help newbie with a build Warfare/Forge

Hey all, i've started playing this game a few days ago, i started a warfare build and went with forge, since i heard its a new mastery.

But im kinda lost what skills and masteries to put, for example im focusing on whirlwind

Btw between sunder and ramp up which one is better? isnt 50% increase allot?
Im using battlefield awareness witch regen and strike modification

and also using valor level 3 with burst of speed, and stomp with quick stomp.

Im trying to play a two hander, im level 36, whats a good dps usually around this level?
