Stripchat failing to penalize accounts when customers engage in anti-TOS activity

I wonder who else is having this issue, specifically on Stripchat. I have brought it up with them now, and hope it will be addressed, but as they say - there is power in numbers and shared experience, so do let us know if you've had problems with this as well.

I've reported people for the following:

• A man starting smoking crack in private - I ended it and reported him, and SC did nothing.
• Arranging in person meetings - asked this very explicitly, including specific locations, and sometimes repeatedly pushing it, report it each time, nothing.
• Trying to have race play privates - again, people pushing for this - Stella has informed me this race play (even using the N word) is actually possible on Stripchat in exclusive private sessions only. I would still be careful, because this would be very ugly if recorded and distributed online for the models involved.
• Men discussing incest/wanting incest fantasy privates - I report this and nothing.

I truly think the customers need to be held to the same standard as us models do, who are careful and do follow TOS. Have others had a similar experience in making reports on Stripchat?
