Whether you're a student moving to a new city for college, a working professional relocating for a job, or someone just looking to upgrade their living situation, this is where you post your need and let the community come to you.

It's also a place for PG owners, coliving operators, and even well-meaning locals who know of good options in their area to share genuine listings and help people out.

How to post your need

If you're looking for a place, keep it simple and specific. A good post looks like this:

"Looking for a single occupancy PG in Pune, Viman Nagar or Kalyani Nagar area. Budget ₹10,000–₹14,000/month including meals. Joining in March. Working professional, female. Preferably with Wi-Fi and laundry. DM or comment below."

The more specific you are, the better responses you'll get. Vague posts get vague results.

How to post a listing

If you're listing a PG or coliving space, include the essentials, locality, rent, occupancy type, gender preference if any, what's included (meals, Wi-Fi, laundry, etc.), and photos if possible. Be upfront if you're the owner, manager, or a broker. Honest listings build trust and get you genuine tenants.

A few things to keep in mind
