Build ideas for return to drangleic

So just what it says, I'm debating a build for return to drangleic this week

Part of me wants to do something with the black knight weapons perhaps, like the great axe perhaps

But part of me is also debating pyromancer

How are the two together? Worth a str/pyro run do you think?

I'm still debating the fashion souls and the exact int/faith layout
