Help with my first MacBook Pro

I’ve recently swapped over to iOS from android, and trying to get my hands on my first macbook, so I need your help

I have 3 options:

Macbook pro 16” M1 Max 32GB/1TB for 1.600€

Macbook pro 16” M3 Pro 18GB/512GB for 1.700€

Macbook pro 16” M2 Pro 32GB/512GB for 1.350€

All laptops are refurbished

I will be using them for heavy 4K Log format video editing, DAW usage (mainly Cubase), and photoshop/illustrator. Probably gonna start learning Blender in the near future, so I need maximum performance.

All help is greatly appreciated! Much love
