Chocolate toothpaste tart

Hey, so im looking for a recipe for a British childhood classic- the chocolate toothpaste tart (or the Bedfordshire tart). There's very few recipes dotted about and the ones I have found have like barely any specific measurements or timings etc so was just wondering if anyone on here knows of a good recipe I can use? They're super nostalgic and id love to make my family one!!
