auto body work

Looking for a good auto body repair shop in Bethlehem.

Toyota Corolla rocker panel (side strip/panel under the doors) was loosened on one end due to snow. Toyota wants $1000 to replace the whole panel. I think the panel itself is okay but the clips and pieces I can find online don't seem to be what is used to reattach for some reason.

Could a body shop help reattach it without replacing it?
