Differences between a portable 'fabric' solar panel and a fordable ridge panel

I'm looking at getting either a 200W portable solar panel from Zoupw that is more of a ridge-frame setup, or one that's more of a semi-fabric setup from the same company. I don't know if there is a proper name for those styles of solar panels besides portable solar panels.

For the most part, I can't find anyone comparing these two solar panel setups. For my use cases portablilty is the name of the game. I need the one that I can pack away into a smaller footprint. Both because I live in a small apartment, and I plan on using it when I get power outages, and because I need a method to recharge my power station, a Dabbsson 2000L, when I go out to a jobsite where I don't have access to power.
