.mp3 vs .flac vs .wav

Do you guys use .mp3 / .flac / .wav ?

I just ordered my first IEM (kz castor pro, with a dac) , should i download my playlist in .flac format or the difference between normal spotify (not premium) and .flac wont be much noticeable in these iems?

thankyou!
