All or nothing menu bug ps5

I have noticed a fairly persistant bug on the ps5. When opening boxes like the inner way tips or weapons it only allows you to choose to open all of them at once on the same item or none. For example if you had five of the weapon boxes it would only let you pick five spears instead of two spears, two swords and a fan. The only way I have found to reset the bug is to close the game completely and reopen it, but it seems to happen almost every day. Does anyone know how to avoid this?
