Doom and emulators on Esp32

I recently got an Esp32 WROOM 32D and a 2.4 inch 240x320 ST7789 display I wanted to know if it's possible to run Doom on them. I looked up how to do so but was met with either no tutorials and more importantly they all wanted psram and if I am not wrong I don't have that. So that's why is it possible for me to run doom ? I got this display working after a lot of trouble mostly due to the seller not giving a proper driver labelling. And with that i was curious about emulators too which is my end goal (not really) with this display. I know that gba ports exist which consume less ram but don't know what to do with that knowledge. Any help will be appreciated :) With emulators they are kinda complicated too for some reason any simplification is a very nice to have too.
