OP to HH Transition Advice

I’m a fairly new PT looking to move from OP ortho to HH. Recently interviewed for a HH position and got absolutely wrecked by the hiring manager. I was basically told I don’t have the right experience for the job and that was the end of the interview. For context, I did a rotation in HH and really enjoyed my experience in the setting. Are there any CEUs, certs, or other settings I should be looking at to make myself a strong candidate in the future?
