How can cgpa impact an eco grad?

Hi ,I am an eco grad from a very good college in Delhi University ,my cgpa is 7.45 and currently I am working in a reputed foreign investment bank since the past 8 months .I am planning to go for an MBA ,RBI grade B exam and simultaneously try for LSE,I would love the advice as in how terribly can my cgpa impact my career and if my current plan is good enough .
