Appreciation post for staff who made my day!

Just wanted to give a shoutout to the staff at my local Greggs who genuinely made my day better without even realising it.

I popped in feeling a bit stressed and half distracted, did my usual awkward “erm” while staring at the counter, and the person serving me was just so patient and cheerful. We had a quick laugh about me always defaulting to the same order, and it honestly shifted my mood more than the sausage roll did.

It’s easy to forget how much a small bit of kindness can matter when you’re rushing through your shift. So if any Greggs staff are on here, thank you. You probably have no idea how much those tiny moments help.
