Could banished traitors tell on other traitors?

New to this show! Tried to find a convo about this so apologies if I missed it elsewhere in the sub.

As an example, when Rob turned on Lisa, is there anything that would have stopped her for tell everyone Rob is a traitor in her farewell speech? Seems like that would have been the ultimate revenge?
