KIA SPORTAGE 2012 SLS - Reverse camera stopped working after navigation update

I need help fixing something

Hi everyone,

I recently updated the navigation system in my car, but right after the update, my rearview camera stopped working. When I shift into reverse, the screen stays on radio and won't change to reverse camera.

Has anyone else dealt with this or knows how to fix it?
