The hate for these releases are completely unjustified and people need to stop whining like entitled teenagers. This is a legitimate reason why these games are separated like this and it's so they don't have to be resubmitted, FRLG contain what the rating system would classify as "Gambling Mechanics" this would not make it eligible for its current Pegi/ERSB rating. IT'S 20 DOLLARS for a game that goes for $100-150 a cartridge plus another extra $200-300 for the hardware to actually play the damn thing so don't sit here and pretend that $20 is somehow disgusting in comparison to it's alternative price tag.

I didn't believe in the pokemon community entitlement until i saw peoples reaction to these classic gems being ported. The physical cartridges for gens 1-3 are actually terrible especially the first two gens because either your save gets wiped or core features like berry growth cease to function completely and yes you can use a flashcart to back up saved data blah blah blah but now you also have to replace the battery yourself without damaging the cartridge or pay for someone to do it for you.

There is a really simple solution BUY THE GAME ONCE FOR YOUR SPOKEN LANGUAGE, no one is forcing you to buy all the languages. If you're so entitled or elitist to the point where 20 dollars is to high of a price to pay for these games then go use a rom since you pretty much want it for free and stop whining to the people who actually love and enjoy these games enough to pay $20 for them. Shit like this is going to detract them from future ports and that's not good for anyone who actually enjoys these older games.
