Mood swings and epilepsy

Does epilepsy cause anger issues or something im getting irritated from people screaming at them for no reason later realising i was the one who was wrong everyone know thinks that im mentally disabled or something idk its just idk what's happening i always try my best to avoid people so I dont loose myself everyone has been talking like that I feel like no one understands me not even my parents and I just dont know what to do sometimes I end up punishing myself which is also not correct but idk what to do idk im hating my life very much
