Is repeating yourself pracieved as aggression?

So you know how with Autism, sometimes we have a habit of repeating ourselves.

Can this repeating what we say me misinterpreted as aggression or anger, even when I'm perfectly calm? I feel like maybe this is why conversations tend to turn into feeling like arguments out of nowhere. And I get blamed for making it an argument, when I didn't even know what I did to make it one.

you know how we tend to say the same thing more than once, and restate it in different ways?

I think that's getting misinterpreted as anger or aggression or something.

Notice how I just repeated that twice, if you interpret this post as a little aggression or anger then you basically just proved my point.

Im just logical trying to understand and wrap my head around this.

How do I avoid this natural autistic tendency to repeat myself?

The actual reason I repeat myself is because I'm struggling to find the right words to say, and finding it difficult to speak, because my social battery is low (if that makes sense).

I anxiously think you misunderstood what I said, or that I said it wrong, and obsessively try to correct the way I said it, by saying it a different and better (more accurate) way.

And when I'm physically tired, it's difficult for me to control these impulsive things like repeating myself.

Im not being aggressive on the inside from my perspective, but I'm nothing simply repeating words and phrases too many times can be misinterpreted that way.
