Where Are My House Music People?

Went to see one of my favorite DJs, Romare, last night and danced my heart out. Somewhere along the way the crew thinned out and I ended up leaving earlier than I hoped.

It got me wondering…

How many of you go to clubs or shows solo?

I have a feeling this might be a really good move for me. There’s something kind of liberating about following the music fully on your own timeline. And also, if I’m honest, it makes me a little nervous as a solo woman.

I’d love to hear your experiences. Do you do it? Do you love it? Any tips for feeling safe and free at the same time?
