I got the Estramon I am about to get prescribed already, should I start now or will this mess something up?

I am 22yo and want to transition mtf. I’ve got my sperm freezed, blood etc checked and on 9th March I have my indication from my psychologist. I’ve already been to a urologist who’s very experienced with transfem transitions who told me I get my receipt once I’ve send him the indication letter. To see how my body reacts we first start with 100ug/24h Estramon and after 3 months adjust the dosage the way I want + maybe adding a blocker. So probably I could start in a month with my first patch.

Here’s the thing. A year ago in panic to start asap I signed up at GenderGP and got the same 100ug/24h Estramon patches coincidentally. I didn’t use them as I wanted sperm freeze before but still got them. So I think of starting already now with the hrt, cause I already got what my Urologist will prescribe. But I don’t know if it’s a bad idea of whether it could mess up my levels we check again in 3 months. I fear that he then will think the estrogen works very good on me and won’t adjust the dosage much higher. Or if I tell him that I already did a bit of diy that he cannot continue this or idk. I am from Germany btw.

I feel like I shouldn’t risk anything as it’s just one month and rather keep the ones I already have as stock, on the other hand I want to start nowwww 🥲.
