Just wanted to clarify genus v.s. species

DISCUSSION

So some people may call Spinosaurus mirabilis a subspecies of Spinosaurus or Triceratops horridus a subspecies of Triceratops but they are in fact specis. Spinosaurus is a genus. Triceratops is a genus. The vast majority of dinosaur names we use are genuses. T. rex is one of the only dinosaurs we call by it's scientific name. There's also Yi qi and Moros intrepidus. This is the same way lions and tigers are both species in the genus Panthera. A subspecies would be like the western lowland gorilla, Gorilla gorilla gorilla(btw only the genus is capitalized).
