keep crashing on WOTB due to missing textures

i keep crashing on it, it starts with missing textures even though i downloaded all game files even HD textures? and because of that missing textures when ever a new tank that the game hasnt rendered yet it loads up maybe during a batlle or i tried to view it in the store it will crash, over, and over again and its so annoying. what is more confusing is that other games do NOT have the same problems. and i know its not wargamings cause it works fine on other devices that is NOT samsung and i even remember before playing WOTB on this tablet WITHOUT problems before so what happened? i updated my software, i close all apps before playing, i clear cache what can i do???
