I got a pressure cooker for free from a neighbor who moved away, and I know that they are popular in Indian households. What can I make with it besides lentils/dal?
I have a Japanese rice cooker already which I love for that singular purpose. If rice is the only other common use for the pressure cooker, should I just gift it?
