Ratha's Genes are all over the place

Ive been looking at Ratha's genes now that I have access to his Rite of Channeling even and its just the shittiest placement.

0 Bingos off the bat Harmony M (Water Tech) and Antivenom L (Non-E Tech) on the bottom right and middle respectively with Soul Kinship M (Non-element) Fireball L (Fire Power) in the middle Smash XL (Non-Ele Power) in the bottom right Kin-Heal L (Fire) in the top middle And Evasion L (Non Ele) in the upper left

Someone tell me what im supposed to do with this. I cant replace Harmony until I can hatch Diabloses and Tigrexes, Fireball and Smash until Rathalos, Kin-Heal until Silver Rathalos, and Soul Kinship are Elder Dragons.

When I can, what should I replace down the line? I dont know if im able to do Tech and Speed attack genes on this guy.
