Is Lineage OS better than Xiaomi android in terms of privacy?

I know that grapheneos exists, but I'm not wanted by the CIA, nor do I have the money to buy a pixel, I just want my data not being harvested by big daddy Xiaomi or Google, is it better and will: 1 YouTube revanced work? 2 system less hosts work?
