Somebody please help

Hi everyone, I need some clarification about Express Entry trade draws:

My immigration consultant told me that I wouldn’t be eligible to get an invite under a trade category draw, even though my NOC is on the eligible list.

Do you have to be eligible under the Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP) to secure a trade category draw invite? Or can someone already in the pool under CEC (like me) with an eligible trade NOC still get an invite if the trade draw includes their occupation?
