Is cloth wiring a deal breaker?

My fiancé and I are house hunting and put in an offer on an older house we fell in love with. The offer was accepted, however we found out that wiring is cloth wiring. And the house is being sold as is. As someone with no knowledge of electrical stuff, is this a deal breaker? They have been zero issues with it in the past for reference. Thank you for any advice!
