A little worried

A few days ago I (22) noticed a rash on my breast, I do have eczema but it doesn’t look like the usual rashes I get, I have also pressed a glass against it and it hasn’t blanched. I also looked in a mirror and noticed how my right breast is a bit misshapen compared to my left, and when feeling around my breasts I found a lump that I do not think was there before. It isn’t visible but I am able to grab it between two fingers and pull it to the surface of my skin so it becomes visible then, it is also a bit painful. I also am unable to turn my neck to the right when I have my right arm lifted, there is a lot of pain that happens in my neck. I will post photos in the comments. I am going to give it a few days but I will go to the doctors at some point, it might be nothing, but I think it’s better safe than sorry, right?
