Store problems.

Hello, I'm currently on PS4, and I'm trying to finish one of the DLCs but I'm having a problem buying anything from the store does anyone have any idea why I'm having this error? Because it just continues saying "a problem occurred while trying to communicate with you besides online services" and then gives me the code 0x70000e06.
