Question about CTGP

Hi, so I am downloading ctgp, and I was moving the files to the root of my sd card. When it completed moving, I got a pop up saying "this destination already has a file named boot.elf". Do I replace it, or skip it? I just don't want to risk messing anything up as I'm not that knowledgeable in this sort of field lol
