Priority HDMI Switch

Hi, looking at building a home security system, I was wondering if anyone has been able to create/find a motion sensor switch so say for example you are watching television, it cuts it straight to the CCTV footage, this would be a small FOV to prevent false activations, similarly if its possible I would look do a wider FOV to just identify and switch for humans. Is there a device that can do this, I understand the theoretics of it just need a device that can do that switch on movement?
