Redeeming 2nd amount before receiving 1st amount.

I won 100 this morning and initiated a redemption and now I just won another 100. I am trying to initiate a 2nd redemption but I can't find a button or anything anywhere to start the 2nd redemption. help?! do I need to wait for the 1st one to go through before I do the 2nd one?
