Kristoff is no where to be found? Does any one else have this issue?

Anna is asking me to watch her talk to Kristoff and he is missing. I’ve tried deleting their house, moving their house to a floating island. I’m unable to call him in a photo. He’s not located in the other DLCs. I’ve rebooted a few times. Is anyone else missing him?
