Getting stacked

I got invited to play on a realm this summer, I’ve usually just played solo in my own worlds, and I’m like 99% sure I know more about Mc than all the other players joining the realm, but for some reason I want to be the strongest player in the realm, and I’m not seeing much videos about bedrock pvp, what can be considered the best weapon in the game, is it just the sharpness sword, or is it the mace with elytra, or the new spear. Anything goes so potions and all that stuff is essential Im assuming
