Need Help with a resume and Job search at 60 years old.

I am a 60-year-old widow with life, health, Medicare, and PNC licenses. 20 years of sales, customer service, and retail experience, but still having a difficult time finding a job. I think it may be my resume, not sure, need help with advice and suggestions.
