Request for Eggless, Almond Flour, Avocado Oil Shortbread cookies

Hi all, i am a baking newbie and struggling to find a recipe! I want to bake almond flour, avocdo oil, monk fruit sweetener, egg free cookies.

Texture needs to be crumbly, crunchy melt in mouth shortbread type if possible.

I am planning to add dried strawberry flakes, blueberries, chocolate chips, nuts, etc. Flavor suggestions are welcome!
