Art Account Stopped Growing

Hi everyone, started an art account about a month ago, got 160 followers. I post 3 posts a in a week sometimes 1 reel 2 posts etc. I have noticed that my reels are not getting views as well as posts they always stuck at 400-500 views but posts have 1000 views give or take. And also can’t make the non-followers to follow me as you can see I have actually good view rate if we consider my follower amount. I am stuck at this point and can’t get enough interactions for a while. What do you think?
