Offer Wall Moderation

So I started a new msm account on my phone and I wanted to some diamonds for free, so I went to the offer wall. I did this one offer called “OfferMax” and I did the one task it suggested; download TikTok and run it for 30 seconds. I did that, but I didn’t get my rewards so I reported the offer and emailed a moderator of the offer wall. I never got my diamonds even though I literally did what was said to do in the required time. I emailed the moderator over and over about me doing the task and sending video and photo proof, but they always replied with “…” and nothing else.
