Any Seeking Alpha users here? Trial ended, need advice on plans!

Hi all,
I just finished the trial and now I’m stuck choosing between Premium, Alpha Picks, and Pro.

For people who actually use it:
- What did you subscribe to?
- How do you use it in real life?
- Has it helped your investing at all?
- Worth the price or not?

Would love honest opinions before I pay. Thanks!
