Is having only one higher dimension for Interdimensional Beings odd?

In my superhero world, I only have 6 dimensions. With only the third and fourth dimensions having beings. The third dimensions has flesh and blood beings (I.E. this is basically humans and other ET races). While the fourth dimension has ghost-like or energy beings. With the fifth dimension being the multiverse. And the sixth dimension being a void.

My question here. Would it make more sense to have beings exist in all dimensions, rather than just one (or two, if you count our dimension)?
