NIP that states just speeding, what will outcome be

Hi, My partner was clocked going 24mph in a 20mph zone, the main issue is this offence occured while she was on her provisional licence and stupidly she didnt have anyone supervising at the time after dropping a family member off who was supervising them. She then did her practical test a few days later and passed and then recieved an NIP for speeding. What do you reckon is the most likely outcome, will she now be sent a further offences letter or will it just be a speeding charge, she has sent all section 172 info and just waiting.
