POTS symptoms worse after surgery?

Question

Hey all, I’m lowkey freaking out at the moment..I had a laparoscopy done on 16th for endometriosis / DIE excision & I noticed by like day 4 both of my legs feel heavy and they hurt, I don’t have any noticeable swelling, edema, redness, or warmth on either leg, the feeling of fullness as well is mainly in my thighs and calf. I know with surgery the risk for DVT increases but the hospital has done everything to lower that risk including putting on the compression device that keeps the blood moving when I was out of it, I started walking right when they took it off slowly and now I’m walking around more even my surgeon said the risk of dvt has been lowered by a lot (I know it can still be there but I don’t have any other symptoms that are similar to DVT). I noticed when I’m standing that feeling seems to ease down and it only gets worse when I’m walking, resting somewhat hurts too but not as much as walking. Could it be POTS causing this? I was diagnosed with pots last year I also noticed when I stand or begin waking the back of my leg the veins would become more prominent and go away at rest which I’m assuming is because of the blood pooling..

Any answer or insight or tips would be appreciated

Thank you!
