Insane delt pain days after injection

I just started my first cycle at 400mg of testosterone e and my first injection was in my delt. I had no pain the day of the injection but that night it tightened up and feels like a rock and it’s been like this for 3 days now. The injections in my glutes and thigh have an uncomfortable pip but no where near as bad as my delt. I’m doing daily injections (will probably try to

switch to EOD after this week) and it was only .2 ML. I have a higher concentration (300mg/ML) so I know PIP is more common but it’s concerning how bad my delt feels in comparison to every other muscle. I’m using a 24 g needle , could it just be the needle being too big for a smaller muscle?
