Has anyone stayed at Le Martin Boutique Hotel in St Martin?

Thinking about taking a trip to St Martin later this summer and saw that this is a Mr and Mrs Smith property with free nights at only 22,125 pts a night. Was just curious if anyone had stayed here and your thoughts on this property? Thanks.
