First time pc guy.. what's a good monitor.

BUDEGT is 50-60k max

I never had a pc .. the biggest screen I have is this phone (redmi note 9 pro max 2019).

I don't know the specs the market and the products what to look at what to avoid.

I play rts games and dota2 ..
