Would this stock configuration make AK Rifles California Compliant? Do any of you guys have Monte Carlo style and/or Saiga Sporter Stocks for your AKs now?

The Fin Grips and those "Comp Mags" just seem so impractical. I'm surprised I haven't seen more "Saiga Sporter/SKS Stocks" on something that's Monte Carlo style. Definitely more ergonomic than a fin-grip.
